Approve a Work Request by its external reference (ERP Reference)

Approves a Work Request identified by its external reference (ERP Reference). An optional comment can be provided in the request body. Returns 204 on success.

Work order prefill data for creating a new Work Order when approving. Will be ignored if "workOrderId" is present.
