Get a list of Tickets

Returns a paginated list of tickets visible to the authenticated tenant. Supports filtering and sorting via query parameters.

Page number.

Define how many items will be received in the payload per request (default 20 items, max 1000 items).

Filter tickets by category internal ID. The filter uses the category hierarchy, so all tickets belonging to the specified category or any of its descendant categories will be included.

Filter tickets by related asset internal ID (needs relatedAssetTypeId).
